If you want to tell us about a cool community group, project or movement happening in the Rogue Valley, here’s how to do it.
1) Pick any community-building effort in Jackson County that inspires you. If possible, talk to its organizer or point person so that you understand exactly what it is and how it works. It’s essential that we have our facts straight on this campaign website
2) Write a brief (200 words or less) essay about it, in a readable style that reflects your enthusiasm. Your goal is for a reader to think “That is really cool. What a good idea.” Include a way that readers can find out more or get involved—if possible, a website link. If there’s an appropriate photo to offer, that’s a good bonus.
3) Send what you have to the CBB blog editor, Cynthia Salbato at pandora@mind.net and watch for its posting at communitybuildingblocks.blogspot.com.
